Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable Leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role
Bring your expertise to a team that’s passionate about shaping our future workforce and fostering a vibrant people culture. As a People Projects Partner in the People, Culture & Diversity team, you'll drive impactful people initiatives that build organisational capability and performance. From redesigning our onboarding experiences to modernising our performance review and development program, you’ll play a key part in setting our people and leaders up for success. You will also take the lead on updating our leadership capability framework, refreshing the team’s presence on the intranet amongst other projects, ensuring our people initiatives remain relevant and engaging.
In this role, you will apply your HR and project management background to:
· Deliver priority people projects and programs end-to-end from scoping and design through to development, implementation, and evaluation.
· Build strong partnerships across the organisation to co-design, influence, and embed meaningful and appropriate people solutions.
· Develop and manage clear project and program plans, keeping an eye on scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
· Champion positive change and support stakeholders every step of the way, ensuring our transformation delivers real, lasting outcomes.
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
· Hands-on experience in similar HR or organisational development roles, ideally supplemented by relevant tertiary qualifications.
· Deep knowledge of HR fundamentals across the employee lifecycle and organisational development disciplines.
· Confidence leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
· Skills in leading, coaching, and mentoring others directly or indirectly.
· Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a talent for stakeholder management.
· Capability to provide both strategic direction and practical HR advice at all levels.
You are known for your professionalism, sound judgement, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. Your analytical and problem-solving skills help you navigate complexity, while your adaptability ensures you thrive in environments where growth and change are a constant.
