The Benetas Scholarship program is one of our many learning and development initiatives that enable our team members to improve their skills and knowledge in their chosen professions.
Every year, the Scholarship Program offers financial assistance to team members to support their learning and help them achieve their educational goals.
Congratulations to the following Benetas employees who are developing their careers through our Scholarship program:
- Sarojini, a Personal Care Worker at The Views at Heidelberg, has been awarded the scholarship to put towards a Bachelor of Nursing qualification. Sarojini is passionate about using her nursing skills and knowledge to care for our residents.
- Tess, a Personal Care Worker at our St George’s care home, has been awarded the scholarship to put towards her Bachelor of Nursing studies. Tess’s greatest inspiration is to give back to the community. Inspired by her peers, she has returned to university, driven by a desire to learn more and find new ways to assist and uplift those who have supported her.
- Heidi, a Clinical Nurse Consultant at our Corowa Court home, has been awarded the scholarship to put towards a Master of Wound Care qualification. Heidi is committed to expanding her clinical practice through education and a desire for continuous learning.
- Asha, a Personal Care Worker at our St George’s home, has been awarded the scholarship to put towards a Bachelor of Nursing qualification. With a passion for nursing and a dedication to enhancing care, Asha is eager to leverage her experience and education to provide exceptional care to residents.
- Bina, an Enrolled Nurse at the Views at Heidelberg, has been awarded the scholarship to put towards a Bachelor of Nursing qualification. With her newly developed skills and knowledge Bina aspires to bring positive change to the sector.
