Together, our 2,000+ employees make a positive difference for more than 15,000 older Victorians through retirement living, home care, respite and residential aged care services. As a respected not-for-profit organisation with over 75 years of experience, we’re known for our kindness and investment in people and services.
Join us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care.
We strive to build strong relationships and communities among all stakeholders by working together in an open, involving way.
We act with integrity toward our clients, their families and carers, our supporters and the broader Anglican community.
We build a positive energetic employee culture dedicated to fulfilling life experiences for older people.
We take the time to understand and value each person and respect their choices.
Independence matters. We offer clients the opportunity to continue living life on their own terms, within their homes. Benetas also operates a Veterans home care service.
A holistic approach, placing our residents first and providing 24 hour care. A variety of programs operate within our homes to provide enrichment and connection for the residents.
Our retirement villages empower older people to live in connected communities while enjoying easy access to support when it’s needed.
Respite offers caregivers a chance to recharge while ensuring top-notch care for their loved ones. Our dedicated team provide temporary relief, supporting wellbeing for all.
We offer a full range of quality community-based services, building communities for older Victorians. We offer services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. At Benetas, we employ a variety of staff to support the above services, including care workers, enrolled nurses, registered nurses, and support office staff in Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Information Technology to name a few.
We continue to champion the rights and interests of our customers and employees, against the backdrop of an ever-changing sector, by taking a leadership position on the issues that matter to them.

The connections we make with others give our lives meaning. Benetas, as an organisation and service provider, means different things to different people.
For our home care clients, we are a friendly face and a helping hand. For our residents, we are a team of carers and support workers who provide support, strength and confidence and look after their needs so they can live life to the fullest.
For the broader community, we are an organisation that truly cares about older Australians.
For our team members, we are a place to grow, thrive and show every day, in every way, that Care Comes Naturally.
