Enrolled Nurse As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) at Benetas, you will provide high-quality resident care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs and work under the guidance of registered nurses to ensure the wellbeing of residents within the Residential Aged Care Home.

Personal Care Worker - Home Care

Care Workers in our home care service provide one on one support to clients within their own homes. You may see 2-4 clients per day.

You'll have a great work / life balance as you can pick how many clients, what days of the week, and times of work each week that you want to work, across Monday to Friday from approx 7am to 6pm.

Registered Nurse As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Benetas, you will assess and coordinate resident care and educate individuals and families on health management. Collaborating with team and senior leaders, you will help to ensure the delivery of effective and compassionate care older persons living our residential homes.

Personal Care Worker - Residential Services

Care Workers in our Residential Services Homes (also called Nursing Homes) work as part of a team of care workers and nurses within the home to look after up to 8 residents each. 

Flexibility with a variety of shifts across AM (morning), PM (afternoon to night), and Night Duty (over night until the next morning), 7 days a week (including weekends).

Nurses - Residential Care & In Home Nursing Services

In the Residential Homes, there are EN's and RN's that work across the different shifts within the home, in addition to After Hours Managers that run the home after hours and on weekends. 

Within our Home Care Team, our In-Home Nursing Service RN's provide nursing support to a variety of clients within their own home.

In Home Nurse As part of the In Home Nursing Services team at Benetas, you will provide nursing assessment and nursing care to clients of all ages in a community or home setting. You will provide primary health care to clients including patient and family education and support, and utilising special clinical skills to ensure optimal care. Our In Home Nursing team employes both RN's and EN's.

Support Office & Customer Service Staff

Our Support Office in Hawthorn East is home to our supporting functions such as IT, Finance, Quality and Risk, Human Resources, Payroll, Marketing and more. 

We also have a Customer Centre in Blackburn where our Sales and Contact Centre teams provide high quality customer service. Our Veterans Home Care team is also located at this office.

Metro Melbourne Region Multiple residential homes including popular areas like Glenroy, Brunswick, Camberwell, Clarinda and out to the sweeping views of Heidelberg. Community health and care services operate throughout, with support from Respite Centre's.

Multiple residential homes including popular areas like Glenroy, Brunswick, Camberwell, Clarinda and out to the sweeping views of Heidelberg, and a Home Care Service.

Greater Melbourne Region Ocean view residential aged care home in Mornington and Frakston, to a Country air home in Gisborne. A well-respected Health centre in the Macedon Range is also operated by Benetas providing a variety of allied health services. The Community, Health and Care Service operates outside of Metro melbourne, from along the peninsula, to across the Macedon Ranges and beyond.

Ocean air homes in Mornington and Frankston, to a country air in Gisborne. The Home Care Service operates from along the peninsula, over to Macedon Ranges and beyond.

Regional Victoria Regionally based residential homes in Bendigo, and a community health and care program operating all the way across the North West as far as Shepparton. A modern residential aged care home is located in Traralgon, with a Retirement Living Village next door, and a community health and care program operating across the Gippsland region from Pakenham to Bairnsdale.

If you cannot find the role you are looking for, please sign up to job alerts. When we do have a job that is of interest, you will receive an email alert.

Response

You will receive an email confirming your application has been received. 

We aim to respond to applications within two (2) business days. If your application does not meet the minimum criteria, you will receive an unsuccessful email notification.

If your application does meet the minimum criteria, we will be in touch via phone or email for a further conversation.

All applicants will be responded to with an outcome. If we have a lot of applicants, it may take a little while to get the email to you - but all applications will be responded to. 

Process

If your application meets the job criteria, there is an interview with the hiring manager, and after that reference checks. We may also start to gather and verify the required qualifications, licences, training certificates, checks, etc that are needed for the position you have applied for. These compliance requirements will be listed in the Position Description in the advertisement for the role you are applying for. 

All roles are a little different though so if you are contacted over the phone, the Benetas employee you speak to will let you know.
