We’re looking for Regional Business Manager to join Benetas and lead the teams across our North-West Region based homes. 

Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:

• Demonstrating contemporary people leadership skills founded on responsibility, accountability, coaching, collaboration and communication 
• Effectively lead your team in the execution of business objectives across all management accountabilities to achieve Residential KPIs
• Role model and lead your team by exemplifying the Customer Experience Principles and Quality of Care philosophy across all services in the region
• Contribute to the success of the organisation’s strategic plan for Residential Services
• By being a hands-on leader who regularly works at the homes to ensure all homes and staff are supported and operating optimally

To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience and ability to drive both business performance and quality care through a rigorous application of leadership, direction setting and performance monitoring
• The ability to build relationships across the organisation and influence key stakeholders
• Strong business acumen in regard to reporting, analysis, lead indicators, systems and risk management to understand the levers and trends within the business 
• Experience overseeing multiple operational businesses; leading and coaching several managers to continually improve their own leadership and management potential and performance
• A healthcare related degree is an advantage but not essential
