Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable Leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role

We are looking for experienced Change Manager to join our People Culture & Diversity team.  In your new role with us, you will play a critical role in the delivery of key strategic projects through contemporary and holistic change management practices.  You will leverage Benetas’s established change management framework to influence and support a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation on key projects to design and deliver change strategies, plans, documentation and engagement and communication strategies.

Specifically, you will leverage your previous experience, skills and education to work with project managers and project teams to:

  • Deliver end to end change management design and delivery including strategy, planning and implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback and making recommendations
  • Assessment and definition of change management activities required across project deliverables
  • Completion of all change management artefacts including impact assessment, strategies, plans, readiness assessments, stakeholder assessments
  • Deliver effective engagement and communication strategies working in partnership with the Communications teams and People & Culture teams
  • Reporting status of Change Management activities and assisting in identifying, reporting and escalating key change issues and risks
  • Attendance and participation in the Change Community of Practice and Change Management team

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a successful track record of delivery strategic transformational change projects
  • Certification in change management
  • Relevant experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change managements strategies, tools and artefacts in a complex project environment
  • Advanced communication skills with ability to provide advice, consultation, coaching with a broad range of stakeholders, including executive, on strategic issues
  • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous situations with sound problem solving and judgement

Additionally, you will be a seasoned practitioner who is able to exercise high levels of discretion and professionalism, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, maintain a collaborative and service oriented approach and be comfortable working in a change oriented environment.
