Our Team
Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role
Aged Care is changing. New Act, new Standards, and new expectations of service providers. Benetas wants to provide even more education to our workforce and continue to enhance the quality care experience provided to the individuals we support.
In this position, you will work closely with our Clinical Education Lead and operational leaders, share your subject matter expertise, insights, and best practice to inform opportunities for improvement and innovation, and directly engage with our in-home and residential clinicians and carers to provide clinical and care education, training and coaching.
The salary for this role will be $110,000 plus super and not-for-profit salary packaging.
