The Role

We are looking for experienced senior registered nurse

• To provide clinical leadership and oversight of In Home Nursing Services (IHNS), supporting safe, high-quality, and person-centred care. This role ensures clinical practice meets professional, regulatory, and organisational standards and builds the capability of the nursing team. The IHNS Regional Clinical Team Lead contributes to service development, continuous
  improvement, and the realisation of Benetas' vision and obligations as a registered aged care provider. The role serves as the primary clinical resource, offering expert guidance and support to the broader Benetas teams in complex or challenging cases.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Qualification in (Post Graduate qualifications in Nursing, in addition Education or Cert IV in Assessment and
  Training is desirable)
• AHPRA Registration
• Accredited CPR
• Previous experience in Community Nursing and leadership (desirable)
