Corowa Court offers contemporary residential aged care in Mornington, providing quality care in a warm, welcoming environment on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with excellent local amenities and coastal lifestyle.

The Role

As a Lifestyle Lead / Coordinator, you'll support residents at our Corowa Court home in Mornington to live their best life and achieve their personal goals. You'll ensure residents are at the centre of your decision making.

• Develop an inclusive lifestyle program, taking into account differing cognitive, social, spiritual, and cultural needs of the residents, tailoring the programs to meet individual needs
• Program, budget and external stakeholder management (community groups, external companies, etc)
• Provide guidance and direction to supporting volunteers, care staff, and a Lifestyle Assistant
• Maintain records of programs, and ensure regular evaluation, to continuously improve the program
• Promote positive attitudes towards ageing

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure, or formal qualifications in Community Development, Recreation or Disability
• Experience in a similar role
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain
• Experience creating genuine connections, and empathising with clients, families and team members
