The Opportunity

Clarinda on the Park is a boutique residence conveniently located opposite Bald Hill Park nestled in the heart of the southeastern suburbs between Oakleigh, Clayton, Dandenong and Springvale where residents and families can enjoy the benefits of outdoor living. Our Personal Care Workers provide one-on-one care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes. They help clients stay connected and feel supported by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement. Focused on delivering compassionate care, our assistants thrive doing meaningful work, knowing that they are valued.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Completed Cert III / IV in Aged Care / Individual support 
• Current NDIS Clearance
• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
• An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
• A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
