The Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team at St Paul’s Terrace in Frankston South, home to 80 residents.

This opportunity has a set fortnightly roster across Night Duty and morning shifts:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – Night Duty

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - AM 

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives by delivering person-centred care that comes from truly knowing the individuals they support.

As a PCW, you will assist residents with personal care and daily living, support their mobility and wellbeing, observe and report changes in their condition, maintain accurate care documentation and, importantly, take the time to build genuine connections with residents.

About You

• Completed or currently studying a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care or a related qualification, or have completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Previous experience working in residential aged care
• Availability to commit to the advertised fortnightly roster, including both Night Duty and AM shifts
• A genuine passion for caring for older people and the ability to build positive relationships with residents
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Respect for all people, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race or sexual orientation
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one
