The Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team at The Views, our residential aged care home in Heidelberg, home to 103 residents.

We are currently recruiting for two permanent part-time Night Duty opportunities, each offering a consistent fortnightly roster:

Opportunity 1

Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – Night Duty
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday – Night Duty

Opportunity 2

Week 1,2:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – Night Duty

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. About you

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
