The Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Services Manager for our home Clarinda on the Park, in Clarinda, home to 78 residents. This picturesque home boasts thoughtful interiors, well‑maintained gardens, low staff turnover and a great workplace culture.

This is a maximum term contract from 23 November 2026 to 12 January 2027, ideal for an experienced leader who can step in confidently and maintain high standards of care, compliance and team engagement during this period.

• Manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers
• Respond quickly and effectively to issues including employee management, client complaints and serious incidents
• Facilitate the effective use of quality and risk management information systems
• Maintain financial performance targets including occupancy levels, AN-ACC management and budget outcomes
• Implement relevant legislative and policy changes to maintain appropriate aged care standards
• Foster and develop effective relationships with residents, their families, staff and volunteers

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Management experience in an aged or health care setting and current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA
• Experience with Aged Care legislative framework, including compulsory reporting requirements
• Experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks and requirements or similar
• Knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC), including its impact on business outcomes and a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• A passion for providing high quality service and continuous improvement to achieve results
• Ideally living locally within 45 minutes of the home
• Have or can obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and to pass a Key Personnel Assessment
