What You Will Do

• Lead and support a team of Personal Care Workers (PCAs & Home Carers), ensuring they deliver consistent, high‑quality home care services.
• Build strong, positive team culture where staff feel valued, skilled and motivated.
• Manage workforce scheduling to ensure reliable service delivery for clients across the region.
• Identify and respond to risks, applying appropriate processes to reduce or resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor carers, supporting them to achieve great client outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with clients, carers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and service continuity.
• Use initiative, problem‑solve, and work effectively under pressure during times of change or workforce demand.

About You

• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience working in Home Care or community‑based services (highly desirable).
• Confidence coaching and supporting carers to deliver excellent client care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence, guide and motivate teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
• Understanding of HR processes (essential).
• NDIS Worker Screening, and up‑to‑date Flu & COVID‑19 vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
