We’re seeking a Support Services Officer to join our vibrant North West Metro team. Based in our local office in Braybrook and reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support that enables smooth delivery of programs and operational systems, while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for enquiries and provide outstanding front-office support
• Respond to client needs with empathy and respect for diversity
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time to support operations
• Coordinate office services and maintain efficient workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in client management systems
• Provide reporting and updates to the Operations Manager

About You

• Strong computer skills across MS Office
• Proven experience in administration within a busy team environment
• Excellent written communication and ability to prepare clear meeting minutes
• Strong initiative, time management, and organisational skills
• Great interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience in aged care or health services
• Knowledge of government-funded packages and relevant legislation
• Ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
• Empathy and understanding of older clients and their families
