Our Team

Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable Leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing Accounts Receivable team:

  • Ensuring Residential and Home Care Services maximise and recognise all available income from the government in a timely manner
  • Processing Invoices and Direct Debits on our financial systems
  • Reconciliation and correction of all variances identified in Monthly Payment Summaries,  Home Care Services with Services Australia and DVA
  • Customer payment receipting and allocation on daily basis
  • Addressing and liaising with clients on their accounts queries
  • Undertaking other finance tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable / Reconciliations in the Aged Care space
  • A strong ability to analyse, problem-solve, and work within tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Advanced MS Office skills with the ability to learn new system skills
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, or business studies or a related field (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of EPICOR and experience within health, aged care, and/or community service sector (Desirable)
