We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take full responsibility for the management of the after-hours (night duty) shift at Gladswood Lodge, located at 15 Waxman Parade, Brunswick West VIC 3055.
Gladswood Lodge is a warm, close-knit home to 34 residents, offering the opportunity to provide truly personalised, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment.
These are night duty shifts only.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and investigating clinical issues, critical incidents and complex care situations
Addressing resident and family complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Managing the Medication Program, including quality improvement activities such as medication chart audits, staff competencies and investigation of medication incidents
Supporting and mentoring the care team on site to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Ensuring required assessments, care planning and reviews are completed appropriately on shift, with all documentation accurate, individualised and robust
Spending time with residents to connect, listen, share stories and demonstrate genuine care
Availability to work night duty (insert days if known)
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with strong experience, ideally in residential aged care
Well-developed clinical skills and leadership capability, with the confidence to guide and support staff on shift
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong judgement and decision-making ability, with the capacity to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
$77.72 per hour + superannuation
Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum to reduce tax and increase take-home pay
