The Role
Our Clinical Services Managers lead and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Victorians in our residential homes. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful environment where their expertise and leadership are valued and rewarded. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Residential Services team at St George’s, located in Altona Meadows VIC 3028, home to 124 residents.
About You
• A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a NDIS Clearance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Aged Care Sector
• A positive and influential leadership style, with ability to provide proactive support and development to others
• Well-developed clinical governance and risk management knowledge
• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with
