The role and our team
We are a team of 3 Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisors, supported by a Talent Acquisition Manager, based at our head office in Hawthorn East 3 days a week + 2 days WHF.
We recruit across corporate roles (eg Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre), and volume hiring of Care Workers and Nurses. We don't have set portfolios so there is an opportunity to work on a variety of roles and flex your skills in different ways. Our hiring is supported through PageUp, recently implemented in 2024 for the ATS and CRM.
We are looking for experienced TA Advisor to join our team on a full-time, maximum term contract until 30 June 2026. Our TA Advisors:
Experience in aged care would be an advantage, as well as having a driver's licence to be able to visit sites and other offices to connect with hiring managers, run volume hiring events, and attend other careers events.
Please note, Benetas requires all staff to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
