Our Team

Our clinical leaders play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred care across our residential aged care homes. They enjoy working within a supportive and respectful environment where their clinical expertise, leadership and commitment to residents are valued. With opportunities to lead teams, drive quality outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement, our Clinical Services Managers make a meaningful impact every day.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Broughton Hall home in Camberwell, supporting a warm and welcoming community of 65 residents.

Located in a beautiful historical building, Broughton Hall offers a unique and meaningful working environment where you can lead clinical care, support a dedicated team and build genuine relationships with residents and families.

As Clinical Services Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting high-quality care delivery, strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Residential Services Manager, nurses and care teams to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care
  • Oversee clinical governance, care planning, assessments, documentation and incident management
  • Support best-practice care in areas such as wound management, medication safety, pain management, diabetes, infection prevention and palliative care
  • Monitor resident outcomes and ensure changes in clinical condition are identified, escalated and managed appropriately
  • Coach, mentor and guide Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers
  • Support compliance with aged care legislative requirements, quality standards and organisational policies
  • Partner with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals and internal stakeholders to achieve strong care outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive, collaborative team culture

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Division 1
  • Strong clinical leadership experience, ideally within residential aged care
  • Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance and quality standards
  • Experience supporting clinical documentation, care planning, incident management and compliance
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond effectively to clinical issues
  • The ability to coach, mentor and support nursing and care teams
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents and families
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • A high level of accountability and confidence working in a busy operational environment
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID, or the ability to obtain one
