The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex projects aligned with our Strategy and response to the Aged Care Act. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation recognised for innovation and passion.

  • Drive the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of multiple projects.
  • Establish governance structures and ensure alignment with PMO frameworks.
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor risks, benefits, and performance to achieve outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Champion continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.

About you

  • Program Management certifications and knowledge of methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering significant and complex programs including developing program and communication plans.
  • Demonstrated skills in program planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in expenditure planning, budget maintenance including reallocation of cost, tracking.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Executives, within large initiatives involving multiple partners ideally in healthcare settings.
  • Proactive and organised, and ability to influence, navigate ambiguity, and deliver holistic solutions.
