The Role
The Operations Performance and Insights Analyst plays a critical part in enabling data‑driven decision making across Benetas Community Health and Care (CHC). You will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful reporting, intuitive dashboards, and high‑quality insights that support operational performance, planning, and continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that help teams understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that ultimately improve outcomes for our clients and communities.
About you
We are seeking an experienced Operations Performance and Insights Manager/Analyst who has led the end‑to‑end design and delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions in a complex service environment.
