About the role

We're looking for a Schedule and Roster Coordinator to join our Community, Health and Care Department, who provide a range of services to the community including personal and domestic care, respite, nursing services, primary care, welfare care and disability services.

  • Match client needs with available staff while balancing service requirements, workforce availability and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, care staff and regional teams to support a positive client and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee records and ensure scheduling information is kept up to date.
  • Respond to roster changes, queries and feedback in a proactive, professional and customer-focused manner
  • Support continuous improvement, compliance and safe work practices across the Home Care team.

About you

  • Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination, ideally within aged care, community health, disability or a similar service environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, employees and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and respond quickly to roster changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Confident computer skills and the ability to accurately maintain client, employee and rostering information.
  • A positive, team-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and service.
